Steps from Spitalfields, Shoreditch and Exchange Square, the 34-storey Broadgate Tower is one of London’s tallest skyscrapers, soaring 165m high.

The project includes retaining the existing fit out by vacating tenants and modifying to provide future fitted space to an incoming tenant who can adopt the works as a ‘fitted’ solution.

The scope of work includes light demolition of some areas of the floors, installation of new carpets throughout, minor mechanical and electrical alterations, decorations and new furniture.
