A brilliant example of sustainable redevelopment

1 Knightsbridge Green involves the partial demolition, rebuild and retrofit of the existing building to provide a new design that delivers a mix of office accommodation attractive to a wide range of tenants, an improved ground floor retail offer and substantial public realm enhancements.

With improvements to the retail frontages and their configuration, the project will provide greater activation at street level whilst still respecting local amenities. A focus on delivering exemplary sustainability credentials can be seen in retention of over 50% of the existing post war office structure, substantial circular-economy commitments to reusing over 80% of the existing site materials, updates to the public realm to promote sustainable modes of transport, and extensive urban greening.

Works are expected to commence Q2 2026.
